Keep Chark holds your quick sparks — fleeting marks, sharp memos, pinned charks, and tiny captures on your iPhone. This page explains what we may access, what stays in your private keeper slate, and what we never pass to note-app advertisers or capture-data resellers.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Keep Chark mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for keepers using the app and visitors reading this page.
Information
Keep Chark does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, workspace ID, or payment card for core capture tools.
Chark titles, spark tags, pinned marks, and memo lines you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Templates
When the app loads shared copy — welcome screens, sample charks, or placeholder labels — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic keeper text, not your private spark board.
Photos
If you attach snap marks or sketch captures, Keep Chark may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
Keep Chark is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Charks you keep in Keep Chark remain under your control on your device. Remove marks in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat spark notes like chalk on a locked board, not a public feed.
Your Choices
Close Keep Chark whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline keeper pad where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as Keep Chark evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
